Hyrox needed automated hydration infrastructure for their Singapore event — custom-branded, operational under pressure, zero tolerance for downtime. They came to us 35 days before the event. We delivered. 

After Singapore, we made three hardware improvements for Batch 2: lower faucet height for better ergonomics under race conditions, faster drip tray drainage for continuous high-volume use, and improved internal plumbing for faster field servicing. 

Batch 1 delivered on time. Repeat order of 12 units confirmed. Next deployment: Bangkok.
